Corporate Services Division
1. OBJECTIVES OF THE DIVISION
The Corporate Services Division is responsible for coordinating internal planning functions, reporting systems, and business analysis to strengthen the Institution’s ability to achieve significant progress toward set targets. It also oversees the implementation of HR policies and procurement processes while ensuring compliance with Public Financial Management (PFM) systems.

2. FUNCTIONS OF CORPORATE SERVICES DIVISION
Coordinate the Institution’s planning functions.
Develop the Division’s strategic and annual plans, ensuring alignment with and updates to the Institution’s overall strategic plan.
Supervise the efficient procurement of goods, services, and works in compliance with national procurement guidelines and procedures.
Prepare and implement the Institution’s annual procurement plan in a timely and effective manner.
Coordinate internal reporting requirements across the Institution.
Prepare the Institution’s financial reports by the Organic Law on State Finances.
Ensure the effective management of human, material, and financial resources within the Institution.
Develop and implement an annual staff development plan aligned with the Institution’s staff development policy.
Coordinate the development and implementation of IT strategies to enhance the Institution’s performance.
Manage and support IT systems and applications, ensuring their security and reliability.
Manage the Division’s staff, materials, and financial resources to ensure operational excellence.
